How long do I have to return my order?
We only accept returns on defective products, and they must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. If we determine that you damaged the product causing its defectiveness, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
How do I initiate a return?
To begin your return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN: ORDER ####" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number or a copy of your email receipt as proof of purchase.
Instructions for returns or exchanges will be made upon approval and authorization from a Charged Essentials team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been approved or authorized for return or exchange. Any item deemed eligible for return by a Charged Essentials team member must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by its original packaging.
Once you have received instructions for return, please ship the item back using a secure method; require a tracking number and a signature. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. We only guarantee receipt of a return if there is a signature proof that someone from the Charged Essentials team received it. We do not cover return shipping costs.
